Bitcure VMR is the first App being released by Bitcure, Inc. and is the first in a series of user friendly solutions to ensure better patient communication and satisfaction, while being a support tool for physicians to be more efficient with their time, while improving patient experience and care. Besides allowing the physician to use it as a communication tool to present multi-media content to the patient during the encounter, Bitcure VMR also allows the physician to create a Video Medical Record (VMR) of the patient encounter, and supports sharing of the VMR record with the patient.

Today many patients record their encounters with physicians on their smartphones, and physicians are many times unaware that the encounter is being recorded. Bitcure VMR enables a physician to create a better experience here, by easily enabling the physician to create a Video Medical Record (VMR) of the encounter. This recording can be optionally shared with the patient, and retained by the physician as required, to maintain a record of the encounter, capturing everything that was communicated to the patient.

This technology is supportive of better patient communication, leading to a better patient experience, while making the physicians time more efficient. Bitcure VMR creates an irrefutable record of the patient encounter, that ensures fairness and transparency around any medical liability issues, if and when they arise, thus making it a very attractive and effective tool, supporting the medical insurance and liability process.

The key features of Bitcure VMR are,

- Tablet based app to support patient communication with multi-media content

- Simple and effective drawing and sketching tools to support better communication

- Ability to capture a real time image or video into the app, to communicate individual patient specific information

- Maintain stock images and videos, to refer to, for patient communication during an encounter
